Built’s HSE Management System is characterised by a cycle of continuous improvement which seeks to adopt best practice solutions, based on a combination of published Codes of Practice, Australian Standards, Compliance Codes, Industry Standards and lessons learned to effectively manage known health and safety and environmental hazards relevant to the organisations construction, refurbishment and Fitout operations.  

To assist with this aim, Built Safe Mandatory Standards (BSMS) which, support the company’s core HSE System policies and procedures, have been developed which establish mandatory health and safety standards (controls) to be applied on all Built project sites in relation to the following process risks:
